Sailee Lokre specializes in anxiety, depression, stress, behavioral therapy, and cognitive therapy. Sailee takes a compassionate and empathetic approach, listening deeply to understand her clients’ unique stressors and collaborating with them to identify practical strategies tailored to their needs. Her therapy methods aim to empower individuals and build resilience, offering hypnotherapy for deep-seated issues, CBT for changing negative thought patterns, and mindfulness for stress reduction and emotional regulation.
