Hemangi has always been curious about how the mind works and how people think, feel, and behave. Growing up, she noticed how mental health struggles can deeply affect individuals, and she wanted to learn more to help others. She is especially passionate about anxiety, depression, and psychopathology, as these conditions can be overwhelming. Hemangi aims to make a difference by offering support and understanding to those going through tough times, ensuring they know they are not alone in their struggle.

A 7-day summer internship at Fortis Healthcare, where she learned about different fields of psychology, its scope, psychological disorders and their assessment, attitude and social cognition, and an introduction to social psychology.
Volunteering with several mental health NGOs, where she helped spread awareness about mental health in rural areas through nukkad nataks (street plays). She also worked on educating the younger generation about self-care and the importance of good mental health.
